From January 2017, we have started a YOGA class, immediately after the turbo class, at Grappenhasll Community Centre. 

This is run by one of our coaches/members who is a qual;ified Yogas instructor. 


Strength and Conditioning/Circuits

In autumn/winter we run a weekly weekly strength and conditioning session. These run from October until April each year  on a Thursday evening 7pm until 8pm at the gym at Lymm High School. 


These are triathlon specific sessions aimed to complement our tough weekly swim, turbo and run sessions with the aim of strength and conditioning and injury prevention.

This is NOT a cross-training or high energy session!

A towel is recommended, a drink is essential.
